From the Langhe territory, known all over the world for its great wines and white truffles, comes a large variety of recipes which are the result of peasant’s tradition and of passion for good things.

Our range includes: hors d’oeuvre, salami, bacon-fat, cheeses in oil, truffles, mushrooms, stuffed chillies, fondue, snails, fruit in syrup (with wine or honey), “zabaglione” (eggs cream), cakes, nougat, pralines and many other typical specialities among which we should mention our “Cognà”

Ciacco is a literary character. We find him in “The Divine Comedy” by Dante in gluttons’ circle. Usually it is difficult to like a condemned to Dante’s Inferno but for Ciacco, who is not only a glutton but also a gourmet, we feel a certain “solidarity”. After all we are all glutton especially in front of interesting gastronomic specialities such as Piedmontese ones. Our “friend” Ciacco ideally guided us through the enthusiastic research of everything is good and which could induce us to commit some sin of gluttony.
